Absolutely.
You can easily add your own logo using the built-in Event Editor.
Simply upload your logo file, and it will automatically appear in three key screens:
🟢 Ready screen — shown before the capture
📸 Live view — displayed during photo or video sessions
🚀 Share screen — visible when guests scan or share their photo
Each event can have its own custom logo, so you can personalize the interface for every client or brand.
For example, you can display a different sponsor or wedding logo for each event — all directly from the Event Editor, no extra setup needed.

All AI effects are processed through the Booth UI Studio server, so you don’t need any external service or setup.
When a guest chooses an AI effect, the image is automatically sent to our server, processed, and returned within seconds — ready to share or print.

Each AI image requires 3 credits (≈ €0.20).
You can purchase credits directly from our store, and the more credits you buy at once, the lower your cost per image — making it even more affordable for high-volume events and photo booth operators.

The Luma interface can be installed on all your company’s photobooths.
AI image processing is licensed per booth — one AI license per photobooth.
Need more? You can purchase additional AI licenses in our shop.

Yes — easily.
If your photobooth PC is replaced or reinstalled, you can deactivate your current license from your Booth UI account and reactivate it on another machine.

Yes.
All your connected AI licenses share the same AI credits balance under your Booth UI account.
That means you only need to top up credits once — all your active booths draw from the same wallet.
