At Booth UI Studio, we design and sell digital interfaces and add-ons for Breeze DSLR Remote Pro.
Since all our products are delivered digitally, our refund policy follows specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Product Nature
All Booth UI Studio products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.
Once a product has been downloaded or activated, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded, except in specific cases listed below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
- Technical issues: If your purchased interface or add-on does not work as intended, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Non-downloaded products: If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded the files.
All refund requests are manually reviewed to verify eligibility.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Compatibility issues due to incorrect software versions or user system errors
- Products already downloaded and confirmed as functional
- Services such as remote installation or AI credits once delivered

- Your order number
- The email used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and contact you with the next steps.
5. Support Before Refund
Our goal is to ensure your interface works perfectly.
Before approving a refund, our team will attempt to identify and fix any technical issues via email or remote assistance (AnyDesk).
If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be granted.
